About Road to Recovery
The Society’s Road to Recovery program provides free rides for cancer patients to and from treatments. Our trained volunteer drivers donate their time and the use of their personal vehicles to help patients get the treatments they need. The volunteer must meet the following criteria:
• A valid Texas Driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• A good driving record and vehicle
• Participate in a training
• Able to volunteer a few weekday hours a month
