About Meals on Wheels

As the largest provider of Meals on Wheels in Vermont, Age Well participates in a national month-long campaign led by Meals on Wheels of America, to generate public awareness, raise funds and recruit volunteers to combat senior hunger and isolation. Age Well oversees more than 60 routes in Addison, Franklin, Grand Isle, and Chittenden Counties – serving more than 250,000 meals annually. We are always seeking Meals on Wheels drivers, in all of the areas we serve.
The time you donate will be repaid many times over by the relationships and memories created and the knowledge that you’ve made a difference.
