About 2018 Michigan Chicken Wing Festial
Volunteers will be expected to be greeters at our Information Booth, sharing information about the foundation during the festival hours. Some volunteers will be assisting with the stage line-up of Artist, Checking in Vendors as they arrive, Monitoring the Kids Zone and assisting with the VIP Tent.

VIP Tent

1. Collecting Tickets or checking wrist bands of patrons for entry into the tent.
2. Checking I.D.'s of patrons wishing to enter the VIP tent.

Kids Zone

Monitor the area and report any incidents

Information Booth

1. Distribute flyer to those wishing to know more about the Organization.
2. Assist staff with selling of Wing Eating Contest Tickets

Stage Support
August 31, 2018 4:00pm – September 2, 2018 10:00pm
Assist the Stage manager in set-up of the stage
Activity Assistant
August 31, 2018 4:00pm – September 2, 2018 7:00pm
Assist with the set-up and tear down of the various activities, such as the Wing Eating Contest, Wing Tasting Contest, Best Chef Contest. Help with keeping count of the total votes and crowning of the winners.
VIP Tent
August 31, 2018 4:00pm – September 2, 2018 11:00pm
