About CampusUS

CampUs is a one-week, overnight summer camp at a local university. CampUs targets rising 9th graders in need of an extra push. The camp helps students map out their next academic moves, get an overview of the high school and college life, meet with admissions officers, learn about financial aid, career planning and resume writing, and participate in career panels. Volunteers help students navigate the high school application process by leading workshops on resume writing, workplace professionalism, interview skills, and public speaking.
Commitment: 1-2 hours
Location: School site (classroom) or off-site
