Adapt A Vet is hosting a free Veteran and Donor Appreciation Event during this year's Rodeo BBQ Festival.

Please feel free to share this information with your communities.
Come join us and enjoy great food, live music and lots of fellowship.
Stop in and sit a spell, take a load off as everyone is welcomed.

Parking Information: Parking is $10 each day available on AT&T Center

We are offering free admission to the first 30 people that would like to volunteer during the event.

AAV is entered to compete in these categories bring your cookin' skills:
JackPot for Pinto Beans, Beef Brisket and Half Chicken on Friday

We have convenient shifts available during the Festival to assist our Cooking Team.
Come help with Cooking, distribution of Samplings and good ol' story tellin'.

Friday 01/27/17
12:00pm-4:00pm helping setup and cook
4:00pm-8:00pm cook, serve food, clean up, interact with booth Attendees
Saturday 01/28/17
9:00am-12:00pm setup for the day, cook, start serving
12:00pm-3:00pm cooking, serving, hospitality to AAV donors and Veterans
3:00pm-6:00pm cooking, serving, hospitality to AAV donors and Veterans
6:00pm-9:00pm cooking, serving, hospitality to AAV donors and Veterans
7:00pm-to close Hospitality to AAV donors and guest, clean up
