About HIICAP Counselor (Health Insurance Information, Counseling, and Assistance Program)
As a HIICAP counselor you meet one-on-one with individuals to provide personal assistance with Medicare and finding which type of health insurance is best for the client. Some counselors volunteer weekly or bi-weekly for at least 2-3 hours at a time.
