About Inventory Count/Countess

The general responsibilities of an Inventory Count/Countess may include:
Maintain inventory lists on medications
Maintain inventory lists on rehab supplies
Maintain inventory lists on cleaning supplies
Order items as needed to maintain the build to levels
Accept and put away supply orders
Make and maintain “juice” jugs
Maintain stock of items in each exam room
Folding tissues

Requirements for all volunteers at Acorn Acres:
Must be at least 25 years of age and possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have reliable transportation and be lawfully licensed to operate.
Must commit to schedule of at least 4 hours, same day, same shift, weekly for a minimum of 6 months.
Must be willing to work in all conditions, including outdoors. Must be able to stand for your entire shift.
Must be prompt and dress appropriately for working conditions.
Must be able to work independently.
Must sign a volunteer agreement, waiver of liability, and complete a (free) state background check.
