About Hope for the Holidays Campaign

Africa Community Exchange (ACE) has advocated and supported education and health efforts in Liberia for the past eight years, following the devastation of a 14-year civil war. Most recently, the country is once again in a state of crisis with the Ebola epidemic. The Ann Sandell Independent School, a K to 9th grade institution, is a model grass root community initiative in response to the high demand for education with limited government classroom space, making education available to over 800 disadvantaged youth. ACE is appealing to donors in support of the school to jump start the new academic year and overcome the social and economic impact experienced by students and their families.
