About Event Coordinator for A Night Out!

We need an event coordinator with creative ideas, experience, and a proactive work style. The job includes coordinating events, including researching venues, performing site visits, planning menus, booking entertainment, hiring caterers, communicating with the clinical team, and ensuring that each event runs smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:
-Research, connect, and build relationships with new venues for events while strengthening relationships with past venues
-Maintain and ensure proper use of online company event planning systems
-Plan events twice-monthly for 15-20 victims of domestic violence
-Be the on-site coordinator at the planned events
