About Fundraising Assistant

4T's Productions - Teaching Teens To Think specifically addresses the high drop out rate of students by inspiring students and youth between the ages of 16 - 24 to complete their education, establish a career, and start a business.

Responsibilities:
-Compile and maintain a database for donor organizations.
-Regularly monitor donor websites and identify and inform donor opportunities matching the work of 4Ts.
-Undertake independent research in finding alternative resources for long-term sustainability of 4Ts.
-Assist the President in developing business plans to generate income from various sources.
-Undertake online research and build contacts with potential individual donors and raise funds
-Maintain relationships with existing donors and respond to their requests regularly and keep them updated
-Improve and develop communications material for 4Ts such as brochure, website, annual report, DVD, poster etc.

Qualifications:
-2 - 3 Years experience in writing grants with proven success necessary
-Prior experience in education and/or youth development fundraising
-Prior experience in writing grants with proven success necessary
-Be able to work on your own initiative and with minimal supervision
