Our organization runs several race-related websites - all of which support non-profit organizations addressing childhood obesity/fitness in the United States. We have installed ClickDesk on these websites which is allows visitors to answer questions. We have found this tool to be invaluable in finding weaknesses in our website and also establishing a rapport with prospective runners. Though these chat sessions can "pop" at any time night or day, most of them are during the day. We currently get no more than one or two a day. (We don't expect you to answer chat requests at night. Simply turn down the volume on your phone, and you can answer them in the morning.) The only thing is that chat requests need to be answered within 30 to 45 seconds after which, the visitor may leave the site. So, in summary, we need someone who can answer simple questions about the races once or twice a day. The sessions typically last just a minute or two. If you have a situation where you can respond to a person's question as described, we would love to speak to you.
