The Yoga Mala is a celebration of human spirit. Since 2009, our yoga community has come together annually for a joyful fundraising event, complete with heartwarming stories of physical and emotional healing, tender reunions and meaningful new connections. The three-hour yoga session taught by Yoga in Action faculty and other teachers in our YIA community includes 108 Sun Salutations, meditation and restoration. Yoga Mala is open to all levels of yoga students.
The 14th Annual Yoga Mala will take place on February 20th. Yoga Mala 2022 is a hybrid event. It will be live-streamed from Rivermill Landing in Dover, NH as well as additional remote locations. Our intention is to bring our yoga community together around a common purpose, to celebrate the healing gifts of yoga and to build community resilience, together. You can participate in the Yoga Mala from anywhere in the world! (Not able to join on February 20th? All registrants will have access to the stream for a full month to view at their leisure!)

Live/In-person Fundraiser: Register for $50 and fundraise! This ticket allows you to join us at Rivermill Landing in Dover, NH on the day of the event. (Space is limited so get it while you can!) While it's an exceptional event on its own, the Yoga Mala is also a fundraiser which Yoga in Action relies on to fund our programs. We ask registered yogis to reach out to friends, family and colleagues to solicit donations to support Yoga in Action.
Live/In-Person Non-Fundraiser: Register for $150 and skip fundraising! This is a guilt-free pricing option, where you pay a higher rate and leave the fundraising to others. In essence, you make a personal donation, yourself. (Please note: While, you have no obligation to fundraise further, the system will still create a fundraising page for you so that you may join the team of your choice!) This ticket allows you to join us on February 20th at Rivermill Landing in Dover, NH.
Streaming Access Fundraiser: Register for $50 and fundraise! While it's an exceptional event on its own, the Yoga Mala is also a fundraiser which Yoga in Action relies on to fund our programs. *Due to the on-going pandemic, all in-person participants will be required to:
- Provide proof of vaccination or wear a mask.
- Pass a COVID screening upon entry.
Space will be limited and mats will be spread apart to allow for social distancing. Yoga in Action reserves the right to update these policies based upon any updates to CDC guidelines, local guidelines, or general community spread trends.
