This is no ordinary yoga class...

Join us for an unforgettable experience as yoga teacher Jess Stafford (RYT-500) incorporates service dog puppies into a slow flow vinyasa practice. Expect ridiculously cute puppies and occasional mass hilarity. Yoga to be followed by wine by Siemers Wine and Spirits, cheese, and additional puppy cuddles. Basically the best night ever - not to be missed!  

New yogis and kids over 12 welcome. Local residents only. 100% of class fee to benefit BluePath’s mission. Local COVID-19 guidelines will be followed; mask use is optional.

Please note that personal pets, while adored by all of us, are not able to join for Puppy Yoga. We will provide the cutest future service dog puppies on the planet. :)

About Jess Stafford

Jess Stafford is a Registered Yoga Teacher (500) with specialized certifications in Restorative, Chair, and Ayurveda Yoga. She earned her MA in Dance Education from NYU and her BFA in Dance Performance from UMASS Amherst. Stafford is the creator of 44 Yoga + Movement. She has over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and dance and a deep passion for keeping people active while nurturing their own inner calm and joy.
