First, we want to reassure you of United Hospice’s ability to serve continues in the community and at the Joe Raso Hospice Residence.
Our patients are all facing serious illness and need extra support during end of life care. Home Health Aids, Nurses, Physicians and food are essential to our workforce as care continues both in the community and in our residence.
Personal Protective Equipment for the front line is scarce and the vulnerability of our clientele motivates us to procure/purchase those materials directly from the vendor in sealed original packaging to help ensure sterility and safety for the patients, their families and our staff.

Youth in Philanthropy is important to us!
Teenagers ages 13-18 years old in the community, including Youth for Hospice members,
are eligible for awards and special recognition. This is a great opportunity to earn community
service hours, receive a letter of recognition for college applications, and boost your resume!

1. How do I join a team?
You must click the register button at the top of the page and fill out your information.
Once you have completed the first page, you will advance to the second page of registration
where it asks you if you would like to create a team, join a team or walk as an individual.
Select the team in the drop down bar that you wish to join and begin fundraising! You can
share your page to Facebook and Twitter to allow your friends and family to donate or sign
up to virtually support the walk!
