Walk with us! 

On Sunday, May 3, 2020 at Rockland Lake State Park in Congers, NY, we will walk

together to remember our loved ones who have passed and raise funds to honor life, give

care and bring comfort to those in our community facing serious illness.


$ Pricing $

Walker- $30.00 per person

Virtual Walker- $25.00 per person (Does NOT include T-shirt)


This event is rain or shine and includes: 

Awesome prizes, raffles, hospitality, walker appreciation gift and fun events for the kids to

participate in before the walk steps off! 




Register your Fundraising Team today! 

The Fundraising Team and Individual Fundraiser who raise the most money will be honored

with an award and receive special recognition during the Opening Ceremony, on the United

Hospice Website, Facebook, and Twitter page. We will also have awards for most

team spirit, and most walkers on a team!

Unable to join us? 

You can still participate! Register as a VIRTUAL WALKER and get people to sponsor your

walk in spirit. (Virtual Walker does NOT include a long sleeve T-Shirt. They are

available for purchase for an additional $5.00- PICK UP ONLY) 




Youth in Philanthropy is important to us! 

Teenagers ages 13-18 years old in the community, including Youth for Hospice members,

are eligible for awards and special recognition for teams and walkers. This is a great

opportunity to earn community service hours, receive a letter of recognition for college

applications, and boost your resume!

Special Gift for each member of a Youth Team that raises $1,000 or more!

1. How do I join a team? 


You must click the register button at the top of the page and fill out your information.

Once you have completed the first page, you will advance to the second page of registration

where it asks you if you would like to create a team, join a team or walk as an individual

Select the team in the drop down bar that you wish to join and begin fundraising! You can 

share your page to Facebook and Twitter to allow your friends and family to donate or sign

up for the walk!  


2. How much do I pay for parking? 


Parking is free as long as you arrive BEFORE 8am the day of the walk. The park begins to

charge $10.00 at exactly 8am, so if you wish to avoid the fee please be sure to 

get there early! 


3. Can I purchase a shirt if I am a virtual walker? 


Yes, shirts are available for purchase for $5.00 for virtual walkers, but must be picked up

the day of the walk or in the office at 11 Stokum Lane, New City, NY 10956. 


4. Who do I contact for support?

questions or concerns.
