Vendor General Information

The Dragon Boat Race and Riverside festival is scheduled for July 18, 2020 and runs from 8 a.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m.  There is no rain date, and the registration fee in non-refundable.  We are anticipating that we will have 20 teams or more with over 400 paddlers, plus spectators.

The Festival Committee reserves the right to select vendors based on proposed items (food, merchandise, and exhibition items) to be sold or distributed, and space needs.

Vendors will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis until all available space is filled based on the date the Application is received and approved by the Festival Committee.

All Vendor registration fees must be paid as by July 7th before being allowed to set up. (Please note that once payment is made, due to contractual obligations imposed on Habitat for Humanity, refunds will not be made for any reason including inclement weather. )

All non-food vendors will be given one 10’ x 10’ booth space.  Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables and chairs.   Food truck space will be determined by the size of the truck.

Only approved Vendors will be allowed to sell and/or distribute food, merchandise, and exhibition items at the Festival.

Paddlers are generally onsite by 8 a.m. and it is recommended that vendors be prepared to open for business by then.  Vendors will be allowed to begin setting their booths as early as 7:00 am.

Upon arrival, vendors will be able to drive up their vendor location and unload.  They must move their car immediately after unloading.
