classes that helped with job readiness and leadership skills.
My experience with Healthy Moms made a real difference in my life and helped prepare me for success. There is a lot of stress when you are a mom, but it is the most important, most rewarding job in the world.”

Today, Andrea is a mom to four healthy kids and Ralston turned one this year. We asked her about her experience with Healthy Moms and you can hear the optimism in her reflection:
“I have learned that being a healthy mother is one of the keys to having healthy babies. I work full time and support all my children – now 1, 4, 7 and 15. And I am practicing self-care. I really believe that when you support a mother you are supporting each baby, each child, and our community.”
