Trap Neuter Return, Save Kittens

Help us spay and neuter stray and abandoned cats who have no one else to help them.

A fundraising campaign for Hudson Valley SPCA

Trap Neuter Return (TNR) is proven to be the most effective, low cost, and only humane method to decrease stray cat overpopulation.

Every year unspayed cats produce thousands of unwanted kittens, most of whom are born into lives without care, shelter, or food.

Most die within a year but not before producing litters of their own, continuing the cycle of neglect.

Only 1 out of 10 kittens will grow up to live long and happy lives. Through spay and neutering we can stop the needless deaths of thousands of kittens.

In addition to funding we always need people to help trap and provide aftercare (usually just keeping the cat in a dog crate, feeding and cleaning their litter pan). Female cats need 3 days to heal after spay surgery before they can be released back outside.

Thank you for caring and for helping!
