There have been major changes in our community over the last month. We are seeing an increase in people that are in need of food and other necessities due to not being able to work. At the Transformation Center we are striving to serve the growing number of people in need in our community. We are still doing our meals on Thursdays and Saturdays but we have switched to less volunteers to prepare and have moved to a to go style meal. We have served on average 65 people at each meal. We are also striving to allow children from the same family to have access to our computers and wifi to do their school work. On top of that we are also trying to supply people with house hold items that they may need as well like toilet paper and hand sanitizer. We know that this is a hard time for all of us but we as that you would consider partnering with us her at the Transformation Center as we continue to serve our community in this time of need. We are not able to do this awesome service without the support from others in our communiy.
All of these donations will go back to the programs that are supporting our community right here in Elmira NY.
