AMD is extending a challenge to all tech companies to Beat AMD. For years AMD has supported Family Eldercare’s Summer Fan Drive as a sponsor and as a team drive. This year we’re extending a challenge to other high-tech companies. Let’s see who can raise the most fans and funds for the Summer Fan Drive! Last year AMD raised $7,000. The Summer Fan Drive is an iconic campaign that brings critical relief and outreach to thousands of individuals and families across Central Texas. This 29-year-old effort is the only campaign of its kind to benefit seniors and medically fragile children in our community, and it’s a life-saving effort battling the number one weather-related killer: Heat!
This year we're on a mission to reach 10,000 seniors and families who can't afford to beat the heat this summer.
YOU can help make that happen in a friendly competition with other tech companies:
Form your own Tech Challenge Team Drive:
1. Collect Fans and Funds throughout the summer.
2. Drop off collected fans to Family Eldercare or at one of their signature events and stay for the fun activities.
