Tenfold to be hosting our Giving Day. At Tenfold, we believe housing is at the center of a thriving community. This is why our team along with you and many of our partners are on a mission to spark the power in ALL people to achieve equitable housing and financial security.

Coaches.
Our Emergency and Supportive Housing teams are there to provide an encouraging word or guiding hand to empower people to overcome homelessness, and gain skills to unlock a new beginning toward housing stability and self-sufficiency.
Educators.
Our Financial Empowerment Center offers workshops and counseling services to help people budget, save, improve their credit, and reduce their debt so they can unlock a path to homeownership and financial peace of mind.
Lenders.
Our Tenfold Community Lending team walks alongside first-time homebuyers equipping them with closing cost down payment assistance, and they also connect housing developers with funds that will increase the supply of affordable housing units.
Advocators.
We collaborate with community partners so we can multiply our impact on address the critical housing needs our neighbors face every day. Through initiatives like the Coalition for Sustainable Housing, we collaborate with a diverse group of organizations and individuals to advocate for housing solutions for everyone. We come together to support and revitalize our neighborhoods through initiatives like SoWe. And we advance fair housing access for everyone through our Housing Rights and Resources Center. This team works closely with tenants and landlords to provide mediation and resources to prevent evictions and encourage rental stability for our neighbors.
