Help VWA continue to provide speakers, workshops, and as many engaging learning experiences as possible for our members old & new.

A fundraising campaign for Vermont Woodlands Association

Make an exponential difference

Spreading awareness is a great way to help support our cause.

Giving Tuesday is on Tuesday, November 28th. Now through the end of the day on 11/28, we are putting any Giving Tuesday funds raised toward the Vermont Woodlands Association and Vermont Tree Farm program Education and Outreach Programming. This funding will help us continue to provide speakers, workshops, and as many engaging learning experiences as possible for our members, old and new.

Help us to continue being the Voice for Healthy Forests! VWA is a leader in demonstrating outstanding forest management through the exemplary work of its members

Do you know that 75% of Vermont's landscape is forested. Do you know that 80% of that landscape is owned by private woodland owners like you? Do you know that VWA members are the heart and soul of keeping our woodlands healthy and productive for the benefit of all Vermonters? VWA strives to offer you educational and networking opportunities through Walk in the Woods, workshops, hosting speakers, and meetings. We represent you at the state and federal level. We sponsor the Vermont Tree Farm program and Women Owning Woodlands. We host the annual Woodland Retreat.

We know that you have many reasons for owning woodlands -  whether for wildlife habitat, recreation, timber products, aesthetics and scenic beauty, woodland retreat, or family legacy - and we want to support you with the tools, training, and opportunities that will help you achieve your objectives.

Our strength is derived from  our members and donors like you, whose ongoing membership and additional support help us achieve our objectives - to be The Voice for Forestry; to influence all of Vermont's citizens about the importance of our working forests and the contributions you, as woodland owners, make for the long-term health of our forests. We make a difference because you all make a difference!

You may donate via this service. If you prefer to send a check, please send your donation with the memo "Giving Tuesday" to:
