Support the Kingston Land Trust on HV Gives Day!

Your donation will support:

• Development of a land matching initiative to connect landowners who want to share their land with stewards who are seeking land for farming or other community-oriented uses.

• Engagement of the Spanish-speaking community around food and land

• Development of an initiative to commemorate and protect African American Burial Grounds

• Development, management, and administration of the Kingston Greenline, a network of rail trails and complete streets that promote use of open space and neighborhood interconnectivity.

• The development of a Community Land Trust, an organizational model of affordable home ownership in which the KLT would acquire residential land and lease homes to low income or historically marginalized first time homebuyers. The Community Land Trust will work in conjunction with the City of Kingston's Land Bank to help stabilize neighborhoods across the city.

• General operating expenses such as staff and office needs. The KLT staff are integral to the success of the organization as they manage administrative needs, fundraising & development, community outreach, and programming.
