Lucky Orphans would like to introduce you to Slick Amy aka Samson!

Samson is a Thoroughbred gelding, born on May 16th, 1996. His registered name is Slick Amy.  Samson came to LOHR in the summer of 2015. When his sore back and feet prevented him from giving jumping lessons anymore Sam needed a new home! To prevent him from going to auction he made his way to LOHR. Once at the farm Sam received some TLC and time off to recover. Today Sam teaches beginner lessons and loves working with kids. But, most of the time he is outside napping in the sun and grooming his friends.
