CAC's Restaurant Raffle

CAC's Restaurant Raffle is a way for CAC to help some of the area's locally-owned restaurants while raising valuable dollars to help the agency continue to provide the programs and services which assist the residents of Washington County MD.

Raffle tickets are $20 each. For every $100 donation you will receive an extra ticket!

CAC's programs and services have been utilized by the residents of the community for almost 55 years and now, more than ever, the citizens of Washington County find themselves in need of assistance with food, housing, and utility assistance.

CAC works with Washington County residents in economic need to obtain the assistance they need to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency. The agency assists families and individuals with keeping their homes and preventing homelessness.  

CAC is a non medical "emergency room" for needs a family or individual may have involving housing, food, utilities, transportation, etc., a switchboard for referrals to other agencies which can provide additional  assistance, and an integral part of community coalitions which make Washington County a stronger community.

During this trying and stressful time surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic CAC understands the ripple effects of the situation are widespread and have caused huge strains on many businesses in our community.  One of the types of small businesses being greatly affected are the small locally-owned restaurants. These restaurants have always been very generous to CAC so we decided to make a small gesture of our gratitude and support through this fundraiser.

CAC is purchasing gift certificates from some of the area's locally- owned restaurants and raffling them off on April 8th in packages.  While supporting the restaurants we are also raising funds for our programs and services.  The winners will get to enjoy, and possibly share, these gift cards for scrumptious carry-out meals throughout the next few weeks and hopefully some delectable dine-in meals in the near future.  It's a WIN-WIN-WIN!
