Our Remote or In Person Back to School fundraiser enables our licensed social work team to address individual family’s needs.
Here are some examples of how...
· Virtual Back to School:
o Internet Access / Wifi hot spots
o Laptops, tablets, etc.
o Study area (table, chair, educational supplies)
· In Person:
o Additional PPE supplies (face masks, gloves, etc.)
o Hand sanitizer
o Supplies
In both scenarios, our families will have financial hardship as it requires parents/caregivers to be available to their children during the day when many would be working. This leads to a decrease in income or spending more money to have a sitter be with children. Assistance will be needed by many of our families and this fundraiser will enable FPMC to be better able to assist them.
