A fundraising campaign for The Remedy Project

Support a Remedy Project Student Ambassador!

The Remedy Project is a national network of students and justice-system-impacted people fighting for the civil and human rights of incarcerated people in the United States.

A select few extraordinary students from across the country have been nominated to be Student Ambassadors - champions of prison justice on their campuses and in their communities.

Over the next six months, our Student Ambassadors are competing to jointly advance the mission of The Remedy Project. Ambassadors who raise above $2,500 will receive a Fundraising Ambassador Award from The Remedy Project. The more you raise, the greater the award!

Justice System Changemaker Award: Raised $5,000 or more

More about The Remedy Project

Every day, millions of people in the United States are abused, tortured, dehumanized, maimed, and killed by negligent staff and untenable conditions in prisons across the country. The Remedy Project is the only organization dedicated to assisting incarcerated people with their administrative remedies, the official process inside prisons to raise an issue and seek relief for the conditions of your confinement. We organize students and formerly incarcerated advocates to use this process to fight for justice for our incarcerated members and radical change across the United States prison system. We believe every human being, no matter what crime they may or may not have committed, deserves basic humanity, dignity, and respect, for the sake of their families, our communities, and our world. We need your help to keep this vision alive.

How you can help

We are connected with over 1,300 people in Federal Prisons across the country, and we work with students at 11 high schools and colleges. With a small team, we've made an incredible impact, but we need your help to sustain our impact and grow.

This spring, our goal is to raise $50,000 to grow our impact. Your donation will allow us to empower young people to create a more just and safe future for us all. Join the movement to end the human rights crisis behind bars!
