The second Annual MLSA Art Show entitled Qisas:
Resistance and Solidarity, brings together a collection of artists, activists,
and advocates for a night of celebrating the stories of NYC's Muslim community
through poetry, prose and art. This event will raise money to support the work
of law students doing public interest work that benefots the Muslim community,
as public interest summer internships are generally unpaid. Qisas: Resistance
and Solidarity brings together different voices for the sake of promoting
resistance to hatred and bigotry through our storys while building bonds of
solidarity across the landscape. Join us. Give generously. Peace.
