PEER Academy opened in August 2017 as the first and only school in Knoxville to serve the unique needs of children on the Autistic spectrum. PEER Academy provides an environment that facilitates those unique learning styles with a low teacher-to-student ratio. We accommodate diverse academic and behavioral learning styles, and we focus on highlighting the strengths of each learner. PEER Academy staff specializes in principals of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
PEER Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit private school. We rely on our partnerships with people like you to make a difference in the life of a child. Our children are so capable of learning, just in a different way, in a different environment. We teach our students in a much smaller learning environment, and we meet each child where they are. Right now, we have six amazing little boys who are growing and making huge strides, thanks to you!
Any donation helps tremendously. A gift in the amount of $50.00 will provide a child one day of instruction. A gift of $250.00 will send a child with Autism to PEER Academy for one week.
