Nature Access 2.0

Help Us Get Everyone to Camp with Alternative Transportation and Expanded Aftercare Hours

Primitive Pursuits has been helping youth in our area build confidence, self-reliance, and life-long relationships with nature for almost 20 years.

And thanks to the generosity of participating families who are able to pay a little extra, we have provided up to $30,000 annually in scholarships, and free programming each year to local kids.

Still, we can’t accommodate all requests, and too many kids are still missing out on the benefits of having time in the outdoors with caring adult mentors.

This year, we are raising additional funds specifically for:

  • expanding transportation options for under-served families and
  • extending after camp care hours to make it easier for working families to participate in summer camp programming

I hope you will consider helping us reach our goal of $8,000 to make this possible!

In addition to this annual appeal fundraiser, thanks to some awesome and generous local businesses who care about our work, we are running an online auction you can check that our at charityauction.bid/primitivepursuits. (It's a great way to support us AND get some of your holiday shopping done).

Thank You for anything you have already done to support this mission! If you would like to hear more or help with our goals, please be in touch, we would love to talk!

In sincere gratitude,
