NAMI Kentucky is hosting its Annual Education Conference this year in Lexington, Kentucky on September 22nd, at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. We have 10 presentations by a diverse group of professionals in the field of human and mental health services. Our Key Note speakers this year is Amy Gamble, who is the E.D. of NAMI Greater Wheeling, WV. We are very pleased to have her present. We will have a lot of engagement with the participants. There will be informational booths of our 21 affiliates across the State as well as community sponsors. We are having a t-shirt and tote bag logo contest amongst the affiliates as healthy and fun competition. The winner will have their logo on the Conference t-shirt and tote bag. The Conference is a wonderful opportunity for the community to learn about mental health and NAMI. During lunch, we will be hosting our award ceremony to award those who have volunteered for NAMI throughout the year. The Conference is open to NAMI members, the general public and Professionals as well.
