The Kingston City Land Bank was founded on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to own a well-designed, affordable home in our City. We have just begun construction on the final 2 homes in our pilot program: 149 Greenkill Avenue and 124 Franklin Street. Help us offset the rapidly increasing construction costs and continue to provide first-time affordable homes!
The Kingston City Land Bank is just one of many actors within our community working to produce affordable housing opportunities. Our work relies on close collaboration with both the private and public sector; as well as the generous support of individual donors and funders.
