Join Tompkins Learning Partners on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at K-HOUSE for an evening of singing fun! The event begins at 5:00 p.m. but doors open at 4:00 for socializing and practice singing in the main room.

Whether you sing like Madonna or Weird Al, you'll have the time of your life as K-HOUSE owner Alina Kim hosts the event and sings along with the crowd.

Sign up to sing by yourself, with a friend or as part of a larger group and have your friends or co-workers support you by coming here to GiveGab to pledge on your page. Choose your song ahead of time at http://playboxkaraoke.com/search.

Singers/groups who raise a minimum of $50.00 are guaranteed a spot to sing. But the sky's the limit! (If you prefer you can also gather pledges to not sing!)

The bar and kitchen will open for you to enjoy. Sign up to sing or not sing now!

About the Organization

Tompkins Learning Partners

Tompkins Learning Partners' mission is to help adults who live or work in Tompkins County meet their personal goals, free of charge, by improving their ability to read, write, speak English, learn math, and use computers.

Students achieve these goals by working with professionally trained and supported volunteer tutors.

TLP students are people who have literacy related goals and are either U.S. Citizens, permanent residents, immigrants or refugees. Past achievements include reading and writing their abc's, passing the civics exam required for becoming a U.S. Citizen, and passing the TASC formerly called their G.E.D. (High School Equivalency).
