A fundraising campaign for Canisius College

Presidential Discretionary Fund

On Canisius Giving Day the collective generosity of hundreds of donors multiplies to provide valuable dollars for scholarships, academic and athletic excellence, and programs that strengthen the college's Jesuit educational mission.

Gifts made in support of the John J. Hurley '78 Presidential Discretionary Fund play an integral role in the success of our students. Your support of the fund on Canisius Giving Day will provide essential financial support for President Hurley to direct to the college's most pressing needs.

Since the establishment of the fund nearly six years ago, President John J. Hurley has been able to direct more than $750,000 to support special financial aid to address unforeseen family hardships and funding for signature learning experiences such as the Institute for Autism Research.

Together - in just one day - WE CAN make Canisius the best possible experience for our students!
