Interfaith Housing Visions is hosting its first Block Blitz on Saturday, October, 22 and we are looking for local organizations to partner.
What is a block blitz?
Block Blitz is a fund-raising community revitalization event organized by Interfaith Housing Visions that brings together residents, community partners, skilled laborers, and volunteers who donate their time and talents to help cleanup, landscape, paint, and repair homes and a neighborhood for a single day in a high-need neighborhood. This year, we are focusing on the Bloomsdale-Fleetwing Neighborhood of Bristol Township.
We are asking for a contribution from your business to sponsor this event. Your dollars will go toward purchasing supplies, making property improvements and helping cleaning up and beautifying the Fleetwing Neighborhood.
Interfaith Housing Visions is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable rental housing for low-income families in Bucks County. There is a critical need for affordable rental housing in Bucks County, and Interfaith Housing Visions is one of the few providers with more than 80 apartments and single family homes. However, these properties require significant maintenance and investment. Our organization relies on the generosity of our community to support these properties and the families we serve.
