In the last decade the Henderson Symphony Orchestra has helped many young artists fulfill their dreams of performing as soloists in an orchestra. All of our young brilliant local talents debuted on our stage with the gracious support of our orchestra.  

The Henderson Symphony Young Artist Program is a unique opportunity in the State of Nevada, in which our candidates are able to select whatever repertoire suits them best. The Prizes are divided in Junior, Senior and "The Big Prize". For "The Big Prize" the winner has the chance to play an entire concerto, filling the gap that most existing soloist competitions are not currently providing to the younger generation. 

The Henderson Symphony Orchestra is a non-profit organization that works on a volunteer basis. Our season is composed of 10 concerts and we are proud to offer 9 out 10 concerts free to the community.
