On this #GivingTuesday, help us continue to fund Bread of Life Food Pantry - a place where lives are changed. Each month, we serve 1,100 members who come from Oldham and surrounding counties. They find food. But, more than that, they find community - a place where they find abundance, instead of scarcity; joy, instead of hardship; and welcome, instead of shame.
Our dedicated volunteers work tirelessly each week to prepare for the pantry, including pickups from Dare-to-Care and many other Kentucky Harvest partners. We focus on providing the most healthful food possible, including an abundant selection of meat and fresh produce.
And, as a 2014 recipient of Dare to Care's Pantry of the Year award, we are always seeking to be on the cutting edge - finding new ways in which to serve our members. Our current project is a mobile food pantry, which we hope to have operational in the first quarter of 2019. This pantry will be able to travel around the county to better serve those with mobility issues.
Help us continue to fund this amazing ministry - a place where God's children come for bread and find life!
