Annie’s Angels has joined #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide. Occurring this year on December 1st, #GivingTuesday is held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (in the US) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday to kick off the holiday giving season and inspire people to collaborate in improving their local communities and to give back in impactful ways to the charities and causes they support.
Be a Fundraising Angel
GivingTuesday is a great way for Annie’s Angels' supporters to take the next logical step in their gift giving by moving from donor to fundraiser. It’s as simple as clicking a button to create a fundraising page to share personalized connections to Annie’s Angels and your reasons for being an ambassador for the cause. Set a reasonable goal, share your page with your friends and family, and check back throughout the day to track the progress of your fundraising efforts.

- Raise the most funds or have the highest number of individuals donating on December 1st.
- Receive a prize!
Here's how it works: Annie's Angels will be awarding prizes for the top three (3) Angel Fundraisers in the following two (2) categories: Most Individual Donors and Highest Dollar Value Raised. Only contributions made from 12:00AM on December 1st through 12:00PM December 1st are eligible for the challenge, even though fundraising pages will be open for contributions before and after these times. Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone no later than Thursday, December 3rd. Prizes may be picked up at Headquarters in Stratham, NH at a scheduled date and time, or mailed to winners. In the event of a tie, all winners will receive prizes of equal value.
