CommunityHealth, founded in 1993, is the one of the largest volunteer-based free clinics in the nation. We deliver integrated, high-quality, customized care at no charge to low-income, uninsured adults in need of a medical home. We provide primary care, over 20 specialty cares, dental care, prescription medications, lab testing, mental health services, and health education classes at no charge.
CommunityHealth has been rapidly growing, expanding our footprint to multiple locations across the Chicagoland area. In an effort to reach an even bigger pool of community members seeking accessible healthcare, we have opened three microsites and are preparing to open a fourth this December.
