Giving Tuesday 2019

A fundraising campaign for Idaho Nonprofit Center

Raising money for the Scholarship Fund

Supporting Idaho's Nonprofit Sector

Help Idaho's nonprofits this Giving Tuesday and contribute to the Idaho Nonprofit Center scholarship fund! Your donation will bring important training to smaller and rural organizations.

Professional development for nonprofit staff directly improves the communities they serve. The Idaho Nonprofit Center scholarship fund allows more organizations to sustain and expand their impact.

About Us – The Idaho Nonprofit Center represents the interests of our state’s 6,000+ registered charitable nonprofit organizations. We are an association of forward-looking nonprofit leaders who come together to share knowledge, solve problems, pursue common interests, and serve the public good.

Our Mission – To educate, advocate, and collaborate in support of stronger nonprofits.

Training Opportunities

Annual Statewide Nonprofit Conference – The event for leaders committed to strengthening our nonprofits, our sector, and our communities in Idaho. Next year, the conference will be held on September 9-11, 2020 in Nampa, Idaho.

Regional Nonprofit Conferences – A day-long opportunity held in a variety of Idaho communities for nonprofit leaders to increase their skills and knowledge, network with colleagues, and find ways to collaborate to increase the impact of their nonprofit and the nonprofit sector across their specific region.

Board Chair Boot Camp – Designed to help support Nonprofit Executive Directors/CEOs and their incoming board chairs begin the new year with a solid plan for working together.

Nonprofit Leadership Summit – Bringing together a select core of nonprofit leaders and board members for three dynamic sessions over a three-month period. Participants will learn from locally known experts and graduate from the program with the knowledge to guide their organizations to new levels of growth and sustainability.

Essentials of Development – Focuses on important strategies, such as methods for developing a case statement, special approaches to donors with major gift capacity, role-playing on how to make the “ask,” and an overview of the board’s role in the development program, and more. In partnership with the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust.

Webinars – Online webinars are offered all year round and topics range from grant writing to social media.
