Only a small portion of the annual operating budget for the Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra comes from ticket sales and advertising. Other necessary funding for the orchestra’s operation comes from grants, contributions, and other fundraising events. The Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and donations to it are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
