At Challenge Workforce Solutions, we believe in helping people build on their strengths to achieve their goals. We offer opportunities and support services to people who face disabilities and others barriers to employment. It's our mission to help the people we support reach their full potential and achieve personal success.
Not only does Challenge work with outside employers, but we also operate five of our own businesses to support our mission, offering a wide variety of work and volunteer experiences. In everything we do, we focus on a the double bottom line - social and financial - to provide jobs aand training, while generating revenue to support all of the employment programs and services we offer.
