It’s that time of year when the true spirit of the season dulls the edges of our everyday routine. There just seems to be a little more laughter…a little more joy…a little more hope. For many of us, it’s a special time to gather with family and friends and celebrate all the blessings of the past year.

Unfortunately, even with all the light this season brings, we know for those who are already struggling this season can be difficult to endure. For most of the kids we serve at Adelphoi, the spirit of Christmas is an unfamiliar feeling. Past trauma, mental illness, and separation from their family are not easily ignored and make it difficult to fully embrace the holiday season.

Our kids deserve to experience Christmas…and you can help make that happen through your support of our annual

Adelphoi prides itself on delivering quality care and practical services that are proven to have a positive impact on our kids’ lives, but we also go beyond the clinical in providing them with a home away from home, a family when theirs may not be available, and encouraging life experiences and memories they can carry with them forever.

Our annual Give a Gift, Give Hope campaign is a great way for you to help! 

Each year, we purchase nearly $20,000 worth of Christmas gifts for the more than 400 kids in our care. Adelphoi traditionally pays for half of the total, and then generous partners like you match the remaining amount.

With a donation of just $50, you can give a gift that truly counts and that will help make one of our kid’s holiday so much brighter. You’ll also be giving our kids the best gift all…hope.

For more than 45 years, Adelphoi has been a place of hope for so many young people and their families. Although the challenges at-risk youth and families face today are more complex than ever, with partners like you, Adelphoi will continue to provide the meaningful and proven solutions that create opportunities for a brighter future...one kid at a time.
