Freedom From Abuse.

Annual Campaign to benefit the Advocacy Center of Tompkins County

A fundraising campaign for Advocacy Center

At the Advocacy Center we help children, teens and adult victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and child sexual abuse in Tompkins County, NY. Last year we provided supportive services for 1,493 youth and adult victims of abuse and our Education Staff facilitated prevention workshops for 5,455 youth, college students, community members and professionals.

Help us ensure that these critical services are available to all victims and that we can continue our work to prevent future abuse.

"I don't know how to say thanks because I don't have the words...I just can say that I am free and my kids are free and in peace...because without them I think we would have stayed in the same domestic violence.Domestic violence victim & former shelter resident

"We donate because we know that it is an investment in the health and safety of our community. In both of our professions, we saw the harm that is caused by domestic and sexual violence, and saw the amazing work the Advocacy Center does to support victims, educate the community, and work against the perpetuation of violence."-JoAnne and Alex Miner
