ElderHouse is a medical model adult day center whose mission is to 1) provide community based care services that enable older adults to remain living at home as they age and 2) assist family caregivers by offering respite and free support services. ElderHouse achieves this by providing adult day services to seniors who suffer from chronic illness and age related disabilities.  Through a safe, accessible, medically supervised environment our program prevents seniors from being prematurely placed in nursing homes. In addition, caregivers benefit from counseling, group support, breaks from caregiving and peace of mind. ElderHouse provides the following services Monday through Saturday.

Client Services: medical monitoring, case management, counseling, transportation, dementia care, meals, nutritional supervision, personal care assistance and recreational activities. 

Caregiver Services: respite, counseling, support groups, caregiver education programs, information & referral services.
