The East Side Garden Walk is an annual self-guided garden tour that brings visitors who share a love of gardening into the gardens of Buffalo's East Side. But it's more than just a garden tour.
The ESGW is one way for East Side residents to take control of the narrative for our community. We share our gardens, our stories, and our spirit of perseverance with those from within and outside our neighborhood. The ESGW counters the negative stigma often portrayed on the evening news, by creating positive stories of our home and our neighborhood. We use our love of gardening and community to create connections between gardeners, neighbors, and visitors.

Just a few hours into our campaign, you've shown your incredible support for the East Side and it's creative gardeners. Thank you! Initially, we thought this campaign may cover the cost of designing the event maps, but now we're so excited. Your enthusiasm and energy can take us much further! We're hoping to raise the cost of designing and printing the maps we need for the 2021 walk, so that visitors can see the amazing community East Siders have to offer!
