A fundraising campaign for Pemi-Baker Community Health

This November 29th, donate in memory of your loved one and help PBCH continue to offer Hospice, Therapeutic and Home Care Support in the Greater Plymouth area.

Pemi-Baker Community Health is a 49-year old nonprofit home health agency serving over 900 clients and their families annually from 12 member towns in central New Hampshire.

Services include at-home healthcare, hospice and palliative care, on-site physical and occupational rehab therapy and fitness memberships including fitness classes in our 90-degree therapy pool and fitness gym.
