As kids continue classes online, many of them struggle to find motivation or engage in school in meaningful ways. That’s why Young Audiences, together with The Right Brain Initiative, is partnering with school districts throughout our community to help make learning fun.

We’re supplying over 16,000 art kits and lessons, created by teaching artists, for every student  in each district!

This year, Young Audiences will give 25% of funds raised over $10,000 to Camp ELSO (Experience Life Science Outdoors) - a community-based environmental education focused non-profit organization that uses the natural world to connect children from underrepresented communities to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math). Their mission is to teach and frame STEAM and nature based education through a lens that centers and elevates the stories, ways of knowing, individual needs, and lived experiences of Black and Brown communities. Camp ELSO programs are experiential, relevant, outdoor, and nature based. 

That means that your contribution will help two organizations at once! Your support will creatively prepare the next generation to meet the challenges we face - from devastating wildfires to social injustice to healthcare - with empathy, knowledge, and innovation. Together, we can ensure that the arts along with technology, science, engineering, and math are a fundamental part of every child’s education.
