The Conscious Culture Coalition is dedicated to convening an annual healing space that allows us to step out of our silo's and engage in meaningful dialogue and reflection that will help us build stronger and healthier communities. An important part of our dedication in building this space is ensuring that affordability is not a barrier to participation by working to subsidize a significant number of our event tickets (20).
We created this fundraiser to make it easy for our friends and participants to "Champion" our cause by engaging their personal networks to subsidize their own ticket or a ticket for a community member. For example if 21 of your friends contributed $60, Or 50 friends contribute $25 this would cover the cost of a ticket.
For too many years we've heard and experienced a need for deeper support, healing, and coalition to continue to sustain our individual and collective journey for justice. We continue to face growing challenges that have a ripple effect on our health, wellness, and work. This coalition will provide needed holistic tools and resources to unpack and heal from our experiences with inequity, injustice, and systems of oppression so that we may increase the quality of life for ourselves and our communities.
Our 1st Healing Retreat will take place October 4th-7th at the beautiful Watson Homestead Conference and Retreat Center, in Painted Post NY. We hope you will join the conversation and embark on a journey of healing that examines and asks critical questions about our personal and shared histories as well as the present structures shaping and impacting our collective realities to affirm our overstanding and inform our actions. We are all we need to create a culture shift of change.
