At the Burlington Partnership for a Healthy Community, we are committed to supporting the next generation of healthy citizens by empowering youth to make a difference in their own community. Each year, we partner with the Chittenden Prevention Network to host an Above the Influence retreat where middle or high school students learn more about the issues surrounding drugs and alcohol and create action plans for mobilizing their own communities to engage in positive change.
