**UPDATE: Our initial campaign goal was to fund two months of food delivery through the friars to 20 families, but an additional 20 families have been identified in our neighborhood. We have received such incredible support through food gifts and donations that we now believe we may be able to support even more families and provide that support for longer. We've updated our goal to reflect our belief in you, our supporters, that you will continue to support those living in poverty in NYC. **

In the expensive area of Harlem in NYC, many neighbors living with a disability or utilizing other social safety-nets find that they cannot meet their basic needs.

The St. Joseph’s Friary supports several neighbors with pantry staples to ensure they have nutritious food even on months where their income falls short.

Recently, the COVID crisis has increased community need and left families without income or the opportunity to work. The friars have begun regularly distributing food to these neighbors and they need our help to make sure their pantry is stocked and ready to feed their community.
